FED is on a mission to improve food security across southern Vancouver Island. As a registered charity, we rely on generous supporters like you to make a difference in our community. In the past three years alone, we have added over 24,000 pounds of potential food grown in our community, directly benefiting 2784 people facing barriers to accessing healthy, fresh food and engaging 116 volunteers. We have achieved so much, but with rates of food insecurity rising, we need your help!

• Creating more urban green spaces that celebrate our local food system

• Hosting workshops to educate the importance of supporting native pollinator species

• Provide food and garden resources to underrepresented groups experiencing food insecurity
