FRESHLY   HARVESTED   &   LOCALLY  GROWN

Join FED Urban Farm's CSA and receive a box of freshly harvested and locally curated vegetables every week from May 13 to September 23 (20 weeks).

what  is  a  csa?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.

Community Supported Agriculture is a program where customers purchase 'shares' in seasonal harvests from their local farmers. Throughout the season, subscribers receive a weekly box of fresh, delicious, and in-season produce.

CSA provides farmers with a sustainable economic model that is aligned with the natural cycle of small-scale farming. It's a win-win for everyone: customers receive fresh, local, vibrant produce and farmers receive financial security as they plan their growing season. Throughout the season, subscribers receive a weekly box of fresh, delicious, and in-season produce.

benefits

Support your local farmers

Keep your dollars in our community's economy and get to know your local farmers.

Know where your food comes from

Pick up your veggies at the farm and see how they're grown - spray-free and with love!

Reduce your carbon footprint

Support a localized food system by cutting out the middlemen of an industrial food chain.

Save time at the grocery store

Solve the "what's for dinner?" question while saving time at the grocery store.

how  it  works

  1. Before the first seed has been sown for the season, you purchase your "share" of this year's harvest.

  2. Starting May 13, you will pick up your weekly box of curated produce freshly harvested by our team and our local farm partners. Pick up is at the farm (395 Harbour Road) on the specific day/time you commit to at the beginning of the season.

As a valued member of our CSA community, we can't wait to get to know you and provide you with the highest quality, freshest produce available. As the pick up is at the farm, you'll be able to see exactly where and how your food is grown!
